The "Flocons Village" bistro, located in the centre of Megève, serves simple and delicious regional cuisine.
The setting is warm and authentic. Outside, the large terrace lined with paving stones provides a discreet privacy to our guests.
The menu, as creative as it is delicious, invites diners to discover the local produce.
Nems with Reblochon cheese, Fera from the Lake served with a carrot and orange purée or potatoes baked in straw, are all opportunities for taking advantage of a style of cuisine that is as authentic as it is modern.
The Bistro is open every day for lunch and dinner, except on Monday.

Dining Room Manager at Flocons Village
After obtaining a BTS vocational diploma in Tourism, in 2012, Victoria graduated in wine tourism from the Institut Rural de Vayres. With her diploma in hand, Victoria joined Nathalie Fauvin in Beaujolais for a one-year contract. On the basis of the concept of wine for women, Victoria found herself in charge of the customer experience for four sectors of activity: tasting, museum, guestrooms and restaurants. After this contract, Victoria wanted to perfect her English and set off for Australia, where, for one year, she gained great experience, before returning to France hoping to work in customer services in an international context. The Club Méditerranée was looking to hire a concierge manager in Valmorel. Victoria spent three years ensuring a top-of-the-range customer service, one of the company's signatures. After one year at Lana in Courchevel, a receptionist's position became vacant at the Flocons de Sel, a prestigious site offering a multitude of responsibilities. Victoria's application was successful. In 2015, Victoria joined Emmanuel Renaut's team. From table bookings to the organisation of activities for hotel's guests, Victoria manages all the tasks she is given with great pleasure and success. In April 2017, the position of dining room manager at the Flocon Village became vacant. The Chef had every faith in her and at the end of April 2017, Victoria took over the running of the dining room at the Flocon du Village, with one sole aim: to be the guarantor of the experience imagined by Emmanuel Renaut.
