Anniversary event: 25 years and 10 years with three stars!
From 19 September to 2 October, Kristine and Emmanuel Renaut will be celebrating the 25th anniversary of Flocons de Sel and their 10 consecutive years of being awarded three stars in the Guide Michelin, with a series of exclusive dinners featuring a surprise tasting menu. The excellent bistro cuisine of the early days combines with the souvenir and signature dishes that have since established the 3-star DNA of the establishment. The menu will be in the image of an epic poem: chronological, full of variety and verve, surprise and emotion. 25 years of history with all its myriad flavours, 25 years of local produce and a regionalism that will warm you to the very soul!
