From Megève to Chamonix

As September progresses, the mountains change colour and Emmanuel Renaut’s cuisine also falls into step with the rhythm of autumn. Game, mushrooms and seasonal produce make up the Hunting Menu, conceived as a gourmet journey through the heart of the Alpine landscapes. A cuisine deeply connected to nature, its cycles and the very best it has to offer at this time of year.
This autumnal interlude can be enjoyed at two of Emmanuel Renaut’s restaurants in Megève: from 23 September at Le Bois Prin, then from 25 September at La Table d’Emmanuel Renaut, at Le Flocons de Sel, until the end of the season.
