Apart from being a distinguished restaurant, Flocons de Sel is an establishment designed by Kristine and Emmanuel Renaut for warm and welcoming stays
A Relais & Châteaux, just like at home
A warm and comfortable home from home
The "Flocons de Sel" 5-star hotel, located on the upper reaches of Megève, offers six rooms, two private chalets, two suites and two apartments.
Kristine & Emmanuel Renaut have personally chosen the decorative objects, the layout of each room and every lounge in which they receive their guests, making them feel perfectly at home.
Each room is unique and carries a strong identity.
All rooms boast a generous bright and open space, and are laid out in a loft-apartment style, with materials such as wood, glass and stone complementing a mix of classic and modern lines. A home from home, this warm and comfortable accommodation is the ideal destination for a delightful stay in stunning natural surroundings.

- Flat-screen television
- Free Wi-Fi connection
- Terrace with a view over the valley and the surrounding mountains
- Fireplace or wood-burning stove for some rooms
At the age of 18, she signed up for a hotel course with one objective in mind: to join the Savoy. With this goal in mind, Kristine sat the many exams that she can boast on her CV and, on qualifying, she obtained her coveted position at the luxury hotel. While she was in service at the prestigious Claridge's, a new Chef arrived. His name was Emmanuel Renaut. It was love at first sight and the pair abandoned themselves to dreams of children, their own place, an exceptional restaurant in an authentic setting and much more. One year later, the dream took the name “Flocons de Sel”. After seven years in London, Kristine returned to join her loved one on the upper reaches of Megève, with just one goal: to ensure a restaurant service that is as exceptional as it is convivial.
The daughter of hoteliers and a native of the region, Audrey wanted to work in tourism. At the age of 18, she embarked on a BTS vocational diploma in Tourism and completed her first two years of apprenticeship in a spa establishment. When she graduated in 2008, the owners offered her the chance to continue to work there and she spent a further two years with them but, above all, she dreamed of returning to her native region. In 2010, the prestigious establishment in Megève, the Flocons de Sel was looking for a receptionist. Audrey applied immediately. Her professional skills combined with her potential for advancement led Kristine Renaut to hire her for the team. Today, as Executive Assistant, Audrey contributes to the implementation of many of the couple's projects. Responsible for all the group events side of operations, an unwavering source of support for the reception teams she has trained, and assistant to the Renaut couple, Audrey arrives at the Flocon de Sel every morning with great enthusiasm.
