Our Chef gives cooking class from Thursday to Saturday, from 4 to 6.00 pm.
During each class, you will discover and prepared 2 to 3 recipes which do not require professional equipments.
Participants can suggest at the reservation, which theme they would like to study.

- Ideas to cook mushrooms
- Vegetables
- Mountain herbs
- Fishes (Sea and Lake)
- Terrines
- Macarons and petits-fours
- Brioche
