The room rate includes free access to our relaxation area (indoor pool, sauna, hammam and cardio fitness equipment).

High Season: from 17/12 to 07/01 and from 10/02 to 10/03
Mid Season: from 02/12 to 16/12, from 8/01 to 10/02 and from 11/03 to 31/03
Low Season: from  01/04 to 12/11

*Half board includes breakfast and dinner in our gourmet restaurant with a set menu chosen by our Chef (excluding drinks).

Half-board reservation for a minimum of seven nights including room, breakfasts and dinner or lunch in our gourmet restaurant (excluding drinks) or in ‘Flocons Village’ with menus selected by our Chef (including drinks).

All reservations must be accompanied by a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount due for the stay. Should you make a booking, we would ask you to provide us with a credit or debit card number with its expiry date. We would also require your surname, first name, complete address, telephone number and approximate time of arrival.

Should you wish to cancel up to 14 days before your date of arrival, your deposit will be partly reimbursed. The hotel will retain EUR 50 for administration costs.

Should you wish to cancel less than 14 days before your date of arrival, the deposit shall be retained as compensation.

Should you cancel, fail to show or change your reservation less than 7 days before your date of arrival, the full cost of the reservation shall be payable.

For all reservations of more than three rooms, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation and payment of the balance 14 days before your arrival date. The deposit will not be reimbursed.

Rooms are guaranteed from 4 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 AM on the day of departure.
